GC Diesel was established in April 1996. The level of professional work ethic ensured that we became the leader in repair, refurbishment of diesel common rail pumps, and injectors. As an approved warranty dealer, GC Diesel is a warranty repair centre for DENSO, DELPHI, STANADYNE, BOSCH and ZEXEL in the Eastern Cape.
We fully adhere to all the necessary training and equipment requirements to conduct warranty repairs and claims for all leading motor vehicle manufacturers in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Established
Established in 1996, the target market was the private owner of diesel vehicles. Our mission statement was to service this market segment with a professional work ethic.
SABS Rating
Awarded SABS
GC Diesel moved to North End. We applied for and was awarded the SABS rating as a Diesel Fuel Injection Overhaul Facility in 1997. This allowed us to to approach the major motor dealers and offer our services to the growing diesel market.
1999
Dyno Facility
To better serve the growing market, we acquired the adjacent premises, upgraded our testing and general workshop area, and in 1999 installed a fully equipped Dyno Facility.
2001
Company Growth
In August 2001, we expanded our premises further to provide a dedicated secure, undercover and electronically monitored area for storage of customer vehicles.

Auto Electrical
We opened our Auto Electrical division as well as our Spares Department allowing for improved service to our customers.
State of the Art
Industry Leaders
We created an environmentally friendly dust free humidity controlled Injector Pump Test Facility. This state of the art equipment and extraction system was the first in the industry.

Common Rail Injector Testing Facility
The recently upgraded Common Rail Injector Test Facility and equipment allows for all makes of common rail injectors to be tested on site. This again reinforces our commitment to excellence.
